- Creation of the accounting books that reflect the movements produced by the community, such as the journal, general ledger and bank book.
- To call and attend the Ordinary General Shareholders’ Meeting.
Drafting of the Minutes of the Meeting, in the event of holding the position of Secretary of the Shareholders’ Meeting. - Pay salaries of contracted personnel, external service companies, maintenance, insurance and other similar expenses.
- Advise and/or assist the president in any and all matters that may concern the community.
- Custodian of the official books and documentation of the community.
- Advice on compliance with and interpretation of the bylaws, regulations or rules by which the communities must be governed.
- To ensure the proper operation of the facilities and services, ordering ordinary repairs and adopting the necessary measures for urgent repairs, as well as the follow-up of such repairs.
