To call and attend the Ordinary General Shareholders’ Meeting.
Drafting of the Minutes of the Meeting, in the event of holding the position of Secretary of the Shareholders’ Meeting.
Pay salaries of contracted personnel, external service companies, maintenance, insurance and other similar expenses.
Advise and/or assist the president in any and all matters that may concern the community.
Custodian of the official books and documentation of the community.
Advice on compliance with and interpretation of the bylaws, regulations or rules by which the communities must be governed.
To ensure the proper operation of the facilities and services, ordering ordinary repairs and adopting the necessary measures for urgent repairs, as well as the follow-up of such repairs.
